Company registration details, governing law, legal address, and effective dates will be completed before public release.
Software ownership
Except for third-party components and customer-owned data, all rights, title, and interest in Caviar ERP - including its proprietary source code, interface, documentation, product name, and original product assets - are assigned to the product owner identified as Tech Firm Ltd. for this development-stage copy.
No individual developer is presented as the product owner. Tech Firm Ltd. is a temporary placeholder and must be replaced with the registered operating entity, legal address, and effective ownership instruments before commercial release.
Customer identity is separate
Organization names, uploaded logos, users, locations, and business records displayed inside Caviar belong to or are controlled by the relevant customer workspace. Their appearance identifies the tenant - not the developer - and does not transfer ownership of the Caviar software.
Third-party components
Open-source libraries, platform services, fonts, and integrations remain subject to their respective licences and terms. They are excluded from any claim of exclusive ownership. A complete third-party notice will be maintained with the release documentation.
